România trece la ora de vară în noaptea de sâmbătă spre duminică (25 spre 26 martie 2023). Toate ceasurile vor fi date cu o oră înainte. În singura zi din an cu 23 de ore vom dormi mai puțin, pentru că ora 3.00 devine ora 4.00.
